Stunning exhibition poster from the world's most famous female photographer Nan Goldin, recently awarded the most powerful person in art 2023.

The image is of one of Goldin's famous photographs of the drag queens she lived with in the 70's.   Or as she put it  ‘I fell in love with them, literally.  They were the most beautiful people I’d ever seen’. 

Nan Goldin's photographs are sublime.  She is quite possibly the most important photographer of modern times.   She describes her work as ‘The diary I let people read’.  Goldin has collapsed the boundaries between her life and art.  Her tender works are in the throes of life, they portray the essence of the human condition.
